Seeking a Medical Assistant for a Neurosurgery Clinic with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, weekends off, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and medical record maintenance, along with clinical duties like recording vital signs, medical histories, preparing patients, and drawing blood, under provider supervision.
Requirements include graduation from a formal MA program with pharmacology, anatomy/physiology, and externship, or LPN diploma.
Experience is preferred but not required. Skills needed are excellent communication, teamwork, and computer proficiency.
Certifications from recognized programs (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or LPN) are required, along with BLS certification within 90 days.
