Client Advocate Make a Difference, Help Others Find Stability and Hope
Catholic Charities is hiring a part-time Client Advocate to support
individuals and families facing housing or economic instability. You'll
provide strength-based case management, connect clients to critical
resources, and help them build paths toward lasting stabilityall in a
welcoming, mission-driven environment.

Essential Duties

- Conduct initial screening and intake of clients to gather information that
through Catholic Charities or by referral to another agency/partner for
assistance with identified needs.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to gather pertinent information
- Provide strength-based case management services. Build rapport, conduct
goals, desired outcomes, and timeframes. Provide appropriate services

- Manage cases related to self-sufficiency programs in partnership with

Education & Experience
- H.S. diploma/equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in human services
- Experience with and ensitivity to issues affecting low income and homeless
- Two years of experience in the human services field preferred.
- Empathetic and compassionate character with excellent communication
skills, with the ability to form and maintain positive work relati nships.
- Strong interpersonal professional relationships which encourage openness,
