The Job
The Director, Strategy & Transformation (internally known as Corporate Strategy Director) will play a critical role in developing and driving SCAN’s enterprise-level strategy. This individual will lead project teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation, as well as business unit strategies. They will play a key role in driving innovation and organizational change, ensuring that the organization’s strategies align with its overall goals and objectives.
You Will
Lead project teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation, managing multiple high-priority strategy projects.
Track and manage the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.
Set up a market intelligence function to monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape, and inform internal strategy.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic opportunities and challenges.
Lead the annual goal setting and planning process, driving collaboration with senior leaders and conducting cross-functional sessions to ensure alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated and executed effectively.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with SCAN's overall goals and objectives.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.
- Familiarity with SCAN's mission and values.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Base Salary Range: $147,900.00 to $211,530.00 annually
- Work Mode: Mostly Onsite (In the Long Beach, CA office 2 times a week on Tuesday and Wednesday)
