Vice President Finance - #1406112

A fast-growing and profitable food manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. With operations headquartered in Reno, NV, and a new facility in the Midwest, the company is scaling its business across multiple channels.

As CFO, you will provide strategic financial leadership during a period of rapid growth and operational expansion. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to enhance reporting, improve financial visibility, build scalable systems, and guide long-term decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Oversee accounting, audit, treasury, tax, insurance, HR, and compliance functions
• Improve budgeting processes and enhance operational visibility and KPIs
• Support ERP implementation and systems transition
• Hire and develop high-performing teams across finance, HR, and IT
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive margin improvements and cost discipline

Qualifications:

• Senior finance leadership experience in manufacturing, food, or beverage preferred
• Strong technical skills in GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial modeling
• Proven ability to lead through scale, implement systems, and manage complex operations
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with experience guiding cross-functional teams
• Preference for candidates who can be onsite 3 days a week with some travel to the Midwest
