Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to help with the administrative operations at Atzenhoffer Chevrolet. The ideal candidate will work with a team of accounting clerks and support staff, ensure accurate financial record keeping, help oversee title and DMV paperwork, and help maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Supervise and support administrative staff, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Coordinate interdepartmental workflows to streamline communication and processes
- Help manage office budgets, supply procurement, and vendor relationships
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of regulatory paperwork, including car title documentation
- Maintain and improve organizational systems for digital and physical file management
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to support company goals
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and project coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal communications and external partners
- Foster a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment for both staff and visitors
- High school diploma or equivalent required and College degree Preferred
- Previous Accounting Office of 5+ years experience REQUIRED
- Dealership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations required
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
