In this role, you will be a key team member, involved in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies supporting the Cosmetics business.

The Manager, Brand Marketing is responsible for creating and building strong, strategic relationships and go-to-market plans for new and emerging brand partners that accelerate growth for the Cosmetics Category. You will be accountable for delivering strong, results-driving strategy, messaging and activation across omnichannel, media and social efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a brand marketing background, be detail oriented, proficient at critical thinking and collaborating, all while possessing a passion for beauty and an aptitude for retail.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives including brief development, messaging approach and go-to-market plans for the Cosmetics Category.
  • Be an indispensable partner to the brand partners and our merchandising team as you develop and bring to life campaigns that deliver against business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with customer growth marketing, consumer insights, media, creative, merchandising, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure execution of marketing plans/strategies is data driven, clear and cohesive.
  • Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns to inform future strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with peers to manage brand production budget; coordinate with paid media and social budget owners to ensure cohesive planning process and view
  • Maintain knowledge of key retail and industry happenings, consumer and cultural insights, internal operation processes and competitive landscape
  • Cultivate a collaborate work environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and cohesive strategies, while still empowering individual teams’ spaces

The Essentials For Success

  • 6+ years brand marketing experience; consumer facing marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading 360 integrated campaigns across the consumer marketing funnel that delivered measurable business results.
  • A big picture strategic thinker with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into marketing strategies, as well as an organized "doer," with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.
  • Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including collaborating with a creative team and/or agency partners.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy development and execution with ability to lead through influence to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and highly skilled in prioritization with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong experience managing through ambiguity to shape, elevate and move planning forward.
  • Passion for business/the work and a lifelong learner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields; MBA or MA preferred.

    The pay range for this position is $88,200.00 - $120,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
