We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team and drive revenue within the small and mid-market customer segment. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented position offering excellent growth potential for ambitious individuals.
What’s the job?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.

What’s the job?
- Proactively identify and engage potential small and mid-market customers and individual agents through inbound and outbound leads, as well as demos generated by Business Development Representatives.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations to individual agents, teams, and brokerages (up to 100 agents) highlighting the value and benefits of our platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to strategize and close deals with highly qualified prospects.
- Leverage social selling techniques, cold calling, and other prospecting skills to independently generate new opportunities and schedule demos.
- Utilize our CRM and other tools to manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.

Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 2-5 years of successful sales experience in real estate, software, or technical industries. Prior experience as a Lofty Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate industry client executives.
- 5 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management, effectively developing existing and prospective accounts.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
- Proven prospecting skills and proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for conveying technical information to clients.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Ethical and principled decision-making, adhering to high moral values.
