Summary
Havtech is seeking an analytical professional to join our team in a role focused on sales and marketing intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver insights on financial reporting, sales trends, forecasting, performance, and opportunities, while supporting business intelligence capabilities through data visualization and reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing what our data is telling us, strategizing with key stakeholders, and helping to manage the sales funnel.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-motivated team player with several years of experience in data analytics, dashboarding, database management, financial reporting, etc. The ideal candidate will also thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects with continuously changing priorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned.
- Lead business intelligence strategy, data systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Develop, maintain and analyst monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting and insights.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales leadership on forecasting, KPI management and business intelligence modeling.
- Own data tools and platforms, e.g. Microsoft CRM, ERP, and PowerBI .
- Conduct analysis on industry trends, audience behavior and competitive landscape
- Evaluate and guide marketing campaign performance
- Contribute to team projects and ad hoc research projects as needed
- Partner with business leaders to define and understand analytic needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working in spreadsheets, database management platforms, and data visualization programs
- Experience with data dictionary, master data management, and data governance
- Strong technology skills
- Preferred experience with marketing cloud technology like Microsoft 365, SAP, Oracle or similar products
- Preferred experience with CRM analytics
- Background in analyzing sales funnels and providing leadership level insight, reporting and dashboard development
- Familiarity with standard marketing and sales metrics and KPIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to guide decision-making with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environment
- Familiarity with BI technologies like Power BI, Tableau or Datorama
- Analytical mind with problem solving capabilities
- Familiarity with standard digital analytics techniques
- Familiarity with search engine optimization and search engine management
- Candidate must be in commuting distance of Norfolk VA, Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA, or Columbia MD.
