What You´ll Do
- Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management.
- Supports small to large group of internal clients and helps develop/implement HR practices, solutions and strategies.
- Act as point of contact for multiple sites on HR topics, providing guidance, counseling, and training to Front line managers and employees, escalating more complex issues to the Sr. HR Manager.
- Ensures onboarding, internal movements and offboarding processes are positive experiences for employees, including training and development initiatives for the sites.
- Provides HR support for Henkel sites including active member in planning and execution of employee engagement activities and committees
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of human resources experience, probably in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to be in the Salisbury plant 5-days a week, while work in an agile work environment where some working hours may be different
