The flagship ECU Health Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, and ECU Health Maynard Children’s Hospital serve as the primary teaching hospitals for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Position Summary
Leads strategy and operations of system-wide health and well-being services for ECU Health team members and their families. Designs worksite interventions, programs and environments that promote wellness and the practice of healthy lifestyle behaviors, reduce risk factors and promote disease management. Provides consultative and organizational services to leaders to support well-being and promote engagement of their teams. Collaborate with human resource and population health leaders to support the well-being priorities of the health plan and it's members. Accountable for operational infrastructure, program standards, financial and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
Master's Degree required (Public Health, Nursing, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology or other health profession)- or higher.
An additional two years of worksite health/wellness program experience may be substituted for a Master's degree. A Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health Sciences field or Healthcare Administration is the minimum requirement.
5 years of more progressive leadership experience of worksite wellness, occupational health, population health, public health, health promotion, disease management programs.
