Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support our Legal Department. We need someone who is incredibly detail oriented, can successfully manage multiple projects on a timeline, and work quickly and seamlessly across the team.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Draft and maintain corporate documents, including board consents, resolutions, transactional closing packets, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
  • Coordinate contract approvals, signatures and execution processes to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with formation and maintenance of corporate entities
  • Manage and track annual corporate obligations and filings
  • Provide organizational support to legal team on acquisitions, contracts, and correspondence
  • Coordinate, communicate and collaborate within legal team and across all levels of internal stakeholders as needed

Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years of recent experience working as a paralegal or legal analyst in a corporate legal department, commercial department of a law firm, or an investment firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proven history of primary and autonomous experience drafting and maintaining corporate documents
  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactive communicator; positive attitude; and team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience reviewing, proofreading and redlining legal documents
  • A hands-on, whatever it takes approach to solving problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Desire to contribute to company growth and development outside of legal work

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Paralegal certification or legal education
  • Private company experience

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
