About The Role

The Truck Load Coordinator is super important for our warehouse to run smoothly. You will be in charge of sorting, palletizing, and loading packages into trucks. This job includes managing a team, especially during our busy months, and keeping the conveyor moving without stoppages. You'll need to talk regularly with the Outbound Manager to organize daily tasks and make sure we use our workers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 1-5 people
• Physical Tasks: Lift 20+ lbs and use a manual pallet jack
• Package Handling: Sort and load packages
• Conveyor Maintenance: Prevent stoppages
• Daily Coordination: Report to the Outbound Manager for daily tasks and trailer swaps
• Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve efficiency

• Experience with a manual pallet jack
• Leadership experience
