Under direction of the Director Maintenance & Operations, organize and direct the day-today activities and operations of the Maintenance Department; inspect and participate in the activities of maintenance crews; train and supervise the performance of assigned staff.

Experience And Education
High school graduation or equivalent is required. Associate of Arts degree or higher
from an accredited college or university in a related field is preferred. Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial or maintenance work, including three years of experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
Licenses and Certifications
Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of insurance are
required.
