The Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative and project support within Central Engineering. This includes, but is not limited to project coordination, calendar and meeting management, travel, report preparation, and expense reporting. As an administrative professional, the ability to work on multiple, diverse projects and tasks that support the team will be required.

You will bring a blend of professionalism, expertise, passion, and flexibility to the role. You possess strong organizational skills, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task work responsibilities. You have strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to partner well with others and build strong, effective relationships.

The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support including calendaring and meeting arrangements travel coordination, data processing, expense reporting, meeting management, etc.
- Organize team events (group meetings, offsites, celebrations, etc.), facilitating communication with in-house and external contacts to ensure success
- Meet and greet guests, order all catering for meetings, and arrange all offsite lunches and dinner meetings
- Understand business operations and use this expertise to help improve operations and overall efficiency of the organization
- Relevant administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint, with heavy emphasis in calendar management
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience working in a technology company with a globally diverse population
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
