What does successful Technical Business Analyst do at Fiserv?

A successful Technical Business Analyst Advisor II at Fiserv is motivated and detail-oriented, bringing expertise in lending and commercial banking. They possess a strong analytical background and experience with financial services technologies, working to enhance systems and processes. Familiarity with DNA (Data Network Architecture) is advantageous, contributing to efficient and effective client service improvements.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to lending and commercial banking processes.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Participate in the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to bridge the gap between technology and business needs
  
  

What You Will Need To Have

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically in lending and commercial banking.
• 4+ years of experience with business analysis tools and software.
• 4+ years of experience in banking operations, lending processes, and financial products.
• Familiarity with DNA (Data Network Architecture)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
