Seeking registered nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate and oversee nursing care for assigned patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Accurately document patient activities and educate patients and families on health topics.
- Requirements include RN licensure in Ohio, at least 2 years of clinical experience, continuing education, BLS certification, and within six months, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and Behavioral Health & De-Escalation Training certifications.
