What You Will Be Doing

• Enhancing our Austin flagship into a premier model of academic and athletic success
• Crafting the frameworks, standards, personnel, and facilities required to replicate success across new campuses
• Leading a team that offers not just sports training, but also leadership and life-skills development
• Generating excitement and fostering relationships that create demand beyond Austin
• Becoming the public ambassador of the model and motivating families to join a larger cause

• Operating as a conventional school administrator focused on compliance and oversight
• Prioritizing athletic success over character or academics

Startup Lead Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Experience in building and scaling a venture from the ground up—particularly involving operations, education, or physical delivery
• A strong belief in athletics as a foundation for leadership, development, and life readiness
• Proven track record of performing under pressure and making informed, swift decisions in uncertain environments
• Charismatic communicator and public advocate with a proactive approach
• Expert in creating order from chaos and guiding others through it
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance insight, output, and operational efficiency
• Residing in the U.S., with the ability to travel frequently to Austin (at least 1 week/month)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
