Te Tūranga | The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analysis/consulting services to identify and deploy effective solutions for the improvement of Direct Channel's systems and operational processes. You will use Worksmart fundamentals to drive solutions. In addition, work in partnership with Business Partners/Tribes and act as an intermediary to assist in ensuring that delivered solutions meet customer and business needs. Providing change management techniques to ensure the successful delivery and communication of change to frontline teams.
You will actively work with the business to develop a common understanding of complex business problems and opportunities, as well as determine, define and document the business requirements by elicitation, identification validation, reconciliation and analysis. As a Business Analyst, you will also be competent with databases as this role will also see you sourcing and capturing information from customer contact interactions.
Ō Pūkenga | About You:
Having a detailed eye for identifying patterns in data to drive recommendations is a critical part of this role as well as being conversant with relevant improvement methods (e.g., WorkSmart / Six Sigma/ Lean). Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of SQL would also be an added advantage. But above all, you must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills to influence and align stakeholders across varying levels of the organisation.
