What You’ll Be Doing:
- Patient Care Rockstar: Assess, monitor, and provide top-notch care to residents.
- Medication and Treatment Guru: Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Care Plan Creator: Work with the team to create and update personalized care plans for each resident.
- Record-Keeper Extraordinaire: Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records with attention to detail.
- Support and Comfort: Build relationships with patients and their families, providing care, education, and emotional support.
- Active RN/LPN License in Missouri - You’ve got the qualifications, now let’s put them to work!
- CPR/BLS Certification - You’re ready for anything!
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care (a plus, but not a deal-breaker - we love fresh talent!)
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others.
