Warehouse/Construction Assistant - #1407290

Must know how to operate a forklift. Pack shelves and sort inventory. Able to lift up to 50 Lbs. Dispatch crew on mornings with material and paperwork. Handle organizational and clerical support tasks in a construction-based environment. Must be able to take measurements, use small tools/equipment- such as drill, hammer, pallet jack. This may include sorting and distributing communications, serving as a link between employees, and more, depending on the company’s needs.

Must have Driver's license.

Job Responsibilities

• Dispatch Crew on mornings with paperwork and material.
• Perform site visits when needed to measure/drop-off material.
• Print Bid Invites – Record Invites – Respond to all invites.
• Answer Phones.
• Follow up on bids.
• Time Sheets.
• Manage warehouse inventory as needed.
• Receive Inventory in warehouse.
• Print & Distribute all acknowledgments.
• Submittals as directed.
• Shop Drawings as necessary.
• Prepare small bids as directed.
• Prepare proposals as necessary.
• Place orders for all non-job folder projects.
• Able to install a blind/ troubleshoot as needed.
• Acknowledgments are to be completed for all orders placed.
• Prepare installation/billing documents for orders.
• Ensure all sample books are up to date.
• Receiving.
• Data Entry.
• Filing.
• Other duties as assigned.
