Job SummaryIris Comm Lab is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, help manage schedules, and ensure smooth operations by handling a variety of responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
