We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Outside Sales Representative to lead our expansion efforts in the Houston Petrochemical and Power Industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales within this industry, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Outside Sales Representative to lead our expansion efforts in the Houston Petrochemical and Power Industry. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets within the Houston Petrochemical and Power Industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team to support the Houston market.
- Motivate and provide leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales progress and strategy implementation.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in the Houston Petrochemical and Power Industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
