Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee is Chicaogland’s fastest growing GM Dealership. We are a family-owned dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives capable of smiling through the phone, and eager to provide exceptional service.

Compensation: $13.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to customers through phone, email and text.
• Set appointments for sales and service.
• Provide basic product information.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
• Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience for everyone.
• Maximize individual productivity, quality and customer service.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and eager to learn
• Goal oriented
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and organization
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Capable of typing 40+ words per minute
• Basic computer skills
• Valid in-state driver’s license
