As a Wholesale Support Analyst, you will work to assist dealers in an assigned territory by offering support in systems, statement reconciliation, account disputes, pending note issues, research of equipment and answering questions regarding processes, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Managers and other Commercial Lending team members as requested.
• Collect past due dollars from dealers/brands.
• Review and reconcile monthly reports, such as the UCC Flagging report, telematics, Past Due reports, Dangling Balance report, etc.
• Effectively handle the following tasks as assigned: Direct Financing requests, Wholegoods orders on hold, Default Manager tasks, obtain and set up dealer and/or third-party vendor banking information; Process ACH requests, Terms Change requests, 3041 requests and Credit references.
• Work Inventory Audits as assigned and ensure all audit exceptions are resolved per policy/procedures.
• Work the WSA Mailbox as assigned and answer department telephone calls.
• Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external clients. Compile information, Analyze, Research, Resolve, and Respond in an efficient and timely manner.
  
  
  

The annual salary for this role is $54,000 - $79,750 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
