Job Summary
Lead with purpose, drive operational excellence and shape the future within this multispecialty outpatient clinic. The Senior Director of Ambulatory and Clinic Operations applies broad business and management expertise to drive financial and operational performance within and across functions or disciplines. As Senior Director, you will ensure that action plans are set in place to reach goals the organization should successfully attain for its strategy to succeed. You will also deploy the resources and develop the goals to ensure employees understand the intent of the Strategic Plan/Operational Plan. Additionally, as Senior Director you will pursue higher levels of organizational and human performance to include quality, productivity, and time performance concerns. This role is crucial to foster a culture of positivity within physicians and caregivers, while striving for an excellent patient experience.

Essential Functions:
