Job Overview
The Director of Operations at Altura reports directly to the VP of IPA Operations and is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with long-term organizational strategies. Key responsibilities include optimizing efficiencies through strategic resource allocation, establishing performance metrics for evaluation, and managing budgets to achieve financial objectives. The role involves directing managed care programs, monitoring contractual agreements with health plans and providers, and developing policies to maintain compliance. The Director also oversees inter-departmental operations, resolves issues, and collaborates on company projects, while supporting the VP of IPA Operations in monitoring operational impacts in response to market dynamics.
Minimum Requirements
$156,732.16 - $195,915.20 annually

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Health Care, Business Administration, and Finance or related. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing/managing health care programs and/or managed care operations is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervision or lead responsibility.
