Are you a results-driven, team-oriented, supply chain leader? This is the opportunity for you! As a Material Planning Supervisor, you'll oversee the process for maintaining production schedules and material requirements to ensure that the flow of raw materials and/or finished goods is controlled and timed to meet production requirements. You'll review and approve quantities, schedules, and parts lists to ensure timely and complete ordering, as well as issuance and receipt of parts and materials, develop raw material and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules, ensure the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) is in line with the program plan and plan and manage material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production. You'll also complete process improvement initiatives and training.

Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Qualifications You Must Have
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Typically, 4+ years of progressive operations experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.
- Familiarity with the practical application of manufacturing, engineering planning, and/or inventory management
- Exposure to materials management systems
- Basic understanding of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) I & II principles
- Background in Material Planning within the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- Previous experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
- APICS Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
