Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the GI Global Marketing team, the Associate Marketing Manager will support the strategic and tactical execution of the Renova portfolio. The role will assist in managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting U.S. sales efforts, and preparing the portfolio for future international expansion. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, clinical support, commercial strategy, and regulatory planning to ensure long-term success and alignment with corporate objectives.

Who We’re Looking For
As a key member of the GI Global Marketing team, the Associate Marketing Manager will support the strategic and tactical execution of the Renova portfolio. The role will assist in managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting U.S. sales efforts, and preparing the portfolio for future international expansion. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams on product development, clinical support, commercial strategy, and regulatory planning to ensure long-term success and alignment with corporate objectives.
About The Role
- Partner with the Senior Director and Product Managers to develop and implement marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for the Renova portfolio.
- Lead the execution of US marketing initiatives including sales tools, product training, digital campaigns, and conference activities.
- Conduct competitive analyses, customer segmentation, and market research to inform product positioning and strategy; collaborate with the sales team to gather customer insights.
- Contribute to KOL engagement, including customer education and ongoing feedback collection for continuous product improvement; participate in launch readiness efforts and go-to-market planning for new features or regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, biomedical engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in medical device or healthcare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal groups, ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel ~25% for customer meetings, conferences, and field support.
- Master’s degree.
