Overview & Key Responsibilities:
Dynavox Group is seeking our next visionary COO to drive operational excellence and global growth. This role is pivotal in managing our supply chain, production, logistics, quality and regulatory assurance for medical devices, and digital transformation, while ensuring a smooth leadership transition as our current COO prepares for retirement.
You will oversee vendor management, negotiate contracts, and implement strategies to reduce risks and cut costs. Additionally, you will lead production processes, global shipping, quality assurance for med-class devices, and warehouse operations, while serving as the primary local spokesperson and culture ambassador for our North American team.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
- Experience: 10+ years in operations management with 5+ years in senior leadership within multinational organizations. Experience of automation and moving a global operations organization to the next level.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, global vendor management with suppliers outside US and preferably within the APAC region, production oversight, quality and regulatory oversight for med class products, and financial planning. Proficiency in digital technologies (ERP, AI, supplier integration) is essential.
