Lead The Strategy That Powers a Bold Retail Experience

HUSTLER Hollywood and Lovers are unapologetically bold brands rooted in pleasure, self-expression, and cultural relevance. With thriving retail and e-commerce channels, we’re on a mission to inspire confidence, connection, and joy across generations. We're looking for a strategic, data-driven Retail Marketing Director to lead our in-store and omni-channel marketing engine—driving customer engagement, foot traffic, and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

Set Strategy & Drive Execution

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversion in over 100 physical stores and across digital platforms.
  • Guide campaign execution across paid media, in-store, influencer, and content channels in partnership with creative, social, and retail teams.
  • Track trends and competitive activity to continually optimize our marketing mix.

Develop programs to introduce HUSTLER Hollywood and Lovers to new audiences regionally and nationally.

Own Omni-Channel Retail Marketing

  • Create geo-targeted, seasonal campaigns and localized promotions that generate foot traffic and build community.
  • Own the in-store experience—from window displays to visual merchandising and local events.
  • Manage creative production and timelines across video, print, digital, and experiential assets.

Lead With Data, Impact & Insight

  • Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and KPIs to ensure efficiency, alignment, and growth.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and consumer behavior data to inform future marketing direction.
  • Ensure the brand story is consistent across all touchpoints—from email to endcap.

Inspire, Lead & Collaborate

  • Manage a cross-functional team of marketers, creatives, and external vendors to bring campaigns to life.
  • Partner closely with eCommerce, Buying, Retail Ops, and Creative to ensure 360° brand alignment.
  • Serve as a key liaison for partnerships, brand collaborations, and third-party media relationships.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on brick-and-mortar retail strategy
  • 3+ years managing teams and cross-functional campaigns
  • Proven experience with content strategy, production timelines, and creative execution
  • Strong foundation in digital and traditional advertising—paid social, OOH, OTT, radio, retargeting
  • Experience planning and executing in-store events and activations that drive in-store foot traffic
  • Experience driving brand awareness and relevancy through strategic partnerships, large scale events, and collabs
  • Disruptive and innovative mindset
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of retail customers, omni-channel journeys, and performance KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in adult, lingerie, or wellness retail
  • Established influencer and affiliate marketing relationships
  • Passion for culture, trends, and inclusive branding
  • Comfortable representing the brand on-camera for social or live content

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This hybrid role involves a mix of remote and in-person work, including occasional travel to stores, events, and production shoots. Key requirements include

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Use of standard office and digital content equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed
  • Visual and auditory capacity for reviewing content and monitoring engagement
  • Availability for occasional overnight travel and non-standard hours for events or shoots
  • Exposure to adult content is a regular part of the role due to the nature of the business

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Be part of two iconic brands shaping a cultural conversation around pleasure and pleasure.
  • Lead two brands that dare to be different—and actually make a difference.
  • Work in a collaborative, diverse, and unapologetically bold environment that values your creativity and voice.
