About The Team

What You’ll Do Day-to-day
- Managing and driving full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for various levels of technical talent
- Building pipeline and driving pipeline strategy for all common jobs
- Influencing business leaders and educating hiring managers on process, interview best practices and decision making
- Owning relationships with business leaders, managing the recruiting relationship through regular, data supported, business review conversations
- Participating in head-count forecasting and prioritization conversations, leveraging this position to help manage capacity and focus as well as actively manage internal stakeholder expectations
- Partnering with hiring managers to build hiring strategy
- Maintaining professional, courteous, and timely communication with candidates to manage each step in the hiring process and foster long-term relationships
- Being an ambassador for candidate experience. Creating new ways to surprise and build intrigue for candidates as they go through our interview process
- Finding the best and most passionate people for CBS using new and creative ways to engage and build rapport with them
- Representing CBS with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about CBS and our mission
About you:
- Ideally 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Priority will be given to those with Skilled Trades Recruiting over the last 18 months
- Demonstrate success operating in a full cycle role
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies
- Experience partnering and influencing Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity and adapt quickly to changes
