Strong background in data visualization, data analysis, and report automation, with a deep understanding of business needs in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of end-to-end Power BI solutions for multiple business units, improving data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
- Design and implement interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, optimizing for performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into comprehensive BI solutions.
- Develop complex data models, integrate data from various sources (SQL, Excel, API, SharePoint), and utilize Power Query (M) and DAX for data transformation and analysis.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of Power BI reports in the cloud environment, ensuring scalability and security.
- Optimize report performance by utilizing row-level security, aggregations, and efficient query design.
- Conduct training sessions for users on Power BI functionality, empowering teams to create their own reports and dashboards.
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics or any related quantitative discipline
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Technology, Data Management, including experience managing senior client stakeholders
- Experience working in services/consulting space, building and leading large technology business and demonstrated success in delivering to clients across industries
- Proven track record of building and leading high growth teams; demonstrated experience in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically dispersed, high-performing teams
- Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing different stakeholders to drive inclusion, efficiency, and creative solutions.
- Valid work authorization in the US.
- Consistently maintains a broad perspective, understanding issues within the larger context of overarching business strategies
- Demonstrates the ability to comprehend business challenges and adeptly translate them into actionable solutions
- Embodies a customer-focused mind-set, always prioritizing their needs
- Excels in both technical and business communication, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels
