What You’ll Do
- Operational Leadership
- Own and drive operational strategies that keep our business running efficiently and effectively
- Continuously improve workflows to boost productivity and enhance service quality
- Keep compliance, safety, and customer experience at the forefront of every decision
- Team Leadership
- Lead and support a talented team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff
- Foster a culture where people are encouraged to learn, grow, and do their best work
- Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and lead by example
- Performance & Accountability
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to service delivery, financial health, and safety
- Make data-informed decisions and proactively solve problems
- Champion a high-performance culture with shared accountability and strong results
- Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and operational roadmaps
- Align resources and budgets with business priorities
- Constantly look for smarter, faster, and better ways to operate

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience (fire protection or another field service industry is a huge plus)
- A collaborative, team-first leadership style that drives results
- Strong analytical chops with a data-first approach to problem-solving
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and service industry best practices
