Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Development team with market research and analysis of potential M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new business ventures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, presentations, and reports for senior management and executives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by analyzing industry trends, competitor landscapes, and business growth opportunities.
- Help conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets or strategic partners.
- Assist in the evaluation and creation of business plans, pitch decks, and other strategic documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to facilitate corporate development projects.
- Support the execution of corporate transactions by providing administrative and operational support.
- Track and monitor industry news and updates relevant to corporate development strategies.
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, with a major in Finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- A basic understanding of corporate development activities, such as M&A, strategic partnerships, and market research.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use excel and PowerPoint at a high level.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Gain exposure to creating an Acquisition Target Database, assisting in research, data collection, and organizing information to identify potential acquisition targets. The project will provide valuable experience in data management and market analysis.
