Job Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence and legal papers such as summonses, complaints, motions,
- Review legal journals and assist with legal research.
- May assist new lawyers how to prepare documents for submission to the courts.
- Assist attorneys in collecting information such as employment, medical, and other
- Attend legal meetings, such as client interviews, hearings, or depositions, and take
- Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files.
- Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as summonses, subpoenas,

- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
Education/Experience
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training required.
- 0-2 years experience required.
