The ideal Executive Assistant is a driven and meticulously organized individual who demonstrates a high level of dedication in providing outstanding support. He/she must exhibit the adaptability and strategic foresight necessary to manage intricate travel logistics and complex calendars within a dynamic corporate environment.

- Adept in Microsoft Outlook is essential, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
- High-level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Aptitude to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude
- Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
- “No job too small” mind-set is necessary for success
- Strong interest and/or experience working in Sports and Media
- Book heavy travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Reconcile and prepare travel & expense reports
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
- 1–2 years of corporate office experience preferred; however, we welcome applications from highly motivated entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow.
