Responsibilities
50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching – Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development.
Residency Program Leadership – Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment.
Teaching & Faculty Development – Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.
Resident Recruitment & Evaluation – Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback.
Program Administration – Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight.
Qualifications

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
