As an Operations Assistant, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Account Managers. He/She is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and completed on behalf of each customer who works with Giltner Logistics. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to manage large amounts of information
- Communication master - ability to communicate effectively in a high stakes situation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality
- Assistant to Account Manager team for Client and Carrier facing duties including but not limited to: Track and trace updates, Appointment Scheduling/ Management, Shipment Creation/ Management, Customer Service Support,
- Maintain compliance of all SOPs and Best Practices to ensure the success of the group and our Partners
- Achieve and exceed individual and team goals
- Complete expected tasks in an efficient and timely manner
