Job Description

This Logistics and Planning Director position is with Kysor-Warren Epta, part of the global Epta Group, located in Columbus, Georgia. As a key member of our Operations leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing our Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy across the U.S. and Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and support our continued growth and operational excellence.

Your contribution:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic supply chain plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Direct the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between forecasted demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
  • Oversee multi-site planning, including production coordination between Columbus, GA, and our Mexico facility, ensuring optimal efficiency and service levels.
  • Manage warehousing and logistics operations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Implement best practices to reduce supply chain costs, improve KPIs, and increase responsiveness.
  • Develop and mentor the SCM team, driving a culture of continuous improvement, performance, and collaboration.
  • Identify supply chain risks and lead the development of contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure supply chain integration across the business.


Your journey:

You are a strategic leader and problem-solver with deep expertise in supply chain operations and team development. Additionally, you bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of supply chain management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in S&OP, multi-site planning, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification (preferred).
