Pete Lien and Sons, Inc. is hiring Peak Schedule Ready Mix Delivery Drivers for our Rapid City, SD location. This is a great opportunity for both experienced drivers and those looking to earn their Class B CDL to grow with a company that values safety, customer service, and teamwork.

The peak season runs from May 1 through November 30, during which drivers earn a premium wage. During the off-season hours may be limited and the pay rate is reduced by $5.00 per hour; however, Peak Schedule Drivers remain employees and are eligible to maintain their benefits year-round. **About the Role**

• Perform pre-trip inspections, control material offloading, and ensure product quality during transit.
• Operate and maintain mobile machinery, including maneuvering delivery chutes and washing trucks post-delivery.
• Assist with plant operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies while working in dynamic environments.
