As a Product Designer, you will provide support and perspective throughout all phases of the product development lifecycle - from strategy to design to implementation to launch. You will create simple and effective solutions to complex problems through build-ready designs, component libraries, and prototypes. Over time, you will help mature our design process and solidify how we approach UX/UI design across the organization in collaboration with your product design peers. We deeply value our team culture. Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design features from concept through execution
  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the product
  • Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to inform design decisions
  • Advocate for the user while balancing technical constraints and business goals
  • Share work early and often, gathering feedback from teammates and stakeholders to improve outcomes
  • Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
  • Uphold accessibility standards and ensure inclusive design practices
  • Help foster a collaborative design culture by sharing knowledge, offering feedback, and continuously learning


Qualification, Experience, And Skills

We are looking for someone who is passionate about putting their energy and expertise into work that matters. You’re creative. You’re organized. You’re experienced. You’ve done this before and you want to do it with us. Your experience should include the following:

  • 2–4 years of experience designing and shipping web applications or digital products
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma (our primary tool)
  • Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience applying design systems, component libraries, and consistent patterns across products
  • Comfort working in agile, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to clearly explain design rationale to team members, cross-functional collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with user research practices and integrating insights into design
  • A team-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture
  • Bonus points for experience with front-end implementation, SaaS products, finance or government-related tools, or accessibility standards
