SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

As Director of Talent Acquisition Excellence, you will shape how we plan, scale, and measure success across our global recruiting function. In a high-growth environment, this role ensures our TA strategy is data-driven, future-ready, and aligned with business goals. You’ll lead intra TA workforce planning, capacity modeling, and performance analytics—partnering closely with TA leadership, TA Operations, People Analytics, HRBPs, and Finance to drive smart, agile hiring decisions.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that balances strategic foresight with strong operational execution. You’ll help us answer: Do we have the right resource mix? Can we meet hiring demand? Are we measuring what matters?

Key Responsibilities

TA Workforce Planning & Capacity Modeling

  • Build and maintain scalable TA capacity models to forecast hiring demand vs. recruiter bandwidth, by function and region
  • Set baseline performance metrics (e.g., hires per recruiter, sourcer ratios, coordinator bandwidth) to inform hiring strategy and budget planning
  • Identify capacity risks and propose solutions (e.g., contractor usage, team structure adjustments, recruiter redeployment)
  • Performance Measurement & Operational Insight
  • Identify performance improvement initiatives to guide annual planning and strategic roadmap.
  • Define and evolve KPIs that drive accountability and effectiveness across TA
  • Partner with TA Ops and People Analytics to ensure dashboards, reports, and insights fuel weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for TA leaders and executive stakeholders

Strategic Planning & Headcount Alignment

  • Lead quarterly and annual recruiting planning in partnership with Finance and Business leaders
  • Help optimize the recruiter, sourcer, and coordinator mix (inbound/outbound, generalist/specialist, FTE/contractor) to support hiring goals
  • Ensure recruiting capacity aligns with shifting business priorities while staying within budget
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - work closely with the TA Leadership Team, HRBPs, People Analytics, and Finance to connect recruiting strategy with broader workforce and business plans:
    • Participating with the business on their Strategic Plans for hiring and ensuring we are aligned to deliver.
    • Strategic planning for TA to drive service, capability or performance improvements.
  • Contribute to talent strategy discussions and scenario planning tied to business growth and transformation
What You’ll Need To Bring To This Role...

  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition managing capacity, demand planning, and metrics
  • 7+ People Analytics, Performance or Workforce Planning, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
  • Proven ability to build and scale performance frameworks, capacity models, and planning tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with ATS/CRM and reporting tools (i.e. Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, Tableau, etc.)
  • Skilled at connecting data to decision-making, with excellent storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
