Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: The Sports Marketing &

Digital Engagement Coordinator will lead content creation, focusing on

video, social media, and engagement, to market the Green Bay Gamblers

and other sports events at the Resch Complex. This role is key to

building brand awareness, enhancing digital presence, and supporting

strategic partnerships through compelling storytelling and real-time

engagement. This role will split time working within the Green Bay

Gamblers offices in the Resch Center and the administrative offices in

Resch Expo. Job Duties: Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment

Group Culture and Customer Service values. Collaborates with players,

coaches, and staff to create content for social and traditional media.

Develops and maintains a strategic content calendar for organic,

branded, and paid social media. Curates the voice of all social channels

to reflect brand values and event themes. Produces and publishes

real-time content aligned with brand messaging; manages influencer

partnerships. Demonstrates skills in developing an effective and

comprehensive marketing plan including goals and strategies for events

based on demographics, trends, opportunities, and budget. Coordinates

with venue, sponsors, and promotional partners to support marketing

initiatives. Develops and delivers content that meets sponsor and

partner goals. Develops and executes digital media campaigns, email

marketing and promotions to drive ticket sales, tour awareness and fan

engagement. Manages all Gamblers and Resch Complex sports-related social

media strategies. Increases fan engagement through media campaigns and

community outreach. Plans and executes brand-driven events promoting the

Gamblers and Resch Complex. Ensures all content is on-brand and

consistent in tone, style, and quality. Oversee Gamblers community

relations efforts, including donation requests and mascot/player

appearances. Works with social media and sales teams to support larger

marketing and revenue initiatives. Stays current on digital trends,

emerging platforms, and content strategies. Drives awareness of

promotions, products, and events across all marketing channels. Attends

all Gamblers home games and other required events, including nights,

weekends, and holidays. Meets with business unit leaders frequently to

ensure their needs are being met and opportunities are discussed and

evaluated. Provides the direction necessary to the web designer, group

sales rep, PR/communications manager, and digital team to ensure an

effective and comprehensive marketing plan is executed. Obtains all the

information necessary to create effective marketing materials, including

conducting additional research as needed. Meets with team members and

leads brainstorming so the best strategies are executed. Monitors and

fulfills all sponsorship contracts in relation to signage, logo

placement, media buys and other agreements. Prepares a complete and

accurate closeout at completion of the event and document the strengths

and opportunities to use the following year. Continuously stays ahead of

industry trends through a mix of thought leadership content, marketing

and tech podcasts, live and virtual webinars, newsletters (e.g.,

Marketing Brew, Adweek, HubSpot), LinkedIn Learning, certifications

(e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot Academy), and active participation in

digital marketing conferences and communities. Serves as an active

member of the marketing department in meetings and brainstorming

sessions. Performs all other duties as requested. Responsible for

following, observing, and participating in all company related safety

programs, procedures, and training as well as reporting potentially

unsafe conditions. Maintains a neat, clean appearance and courteous

communication with business contacts and the public. Serves as MOD at

assigned events. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Knowledge of

advertising and promotion at a level normally acquired through

completion of a bachelor\'s degree in communications, marketing,

advertising & sales, promotion, or related field. 13 years of experience

in sports, live events, or venue operations is preferred. Proficient in

video editing; experience with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred

Strongly Preferred Proven Experience Leading Full-funnel Digital

marketing strategies, including programmatic advertising, Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), retargeting

via platforms like AdRoll and Criteo, geotargeting/geofencing campaigns,

and data-driven optimizations using tools such as Google Analytics 4

(GA4), Looker Studio, and social media insights across TikTok, LinkedIn,

and X (formerly Twitter). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal

communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and take

initiative Excellent time management and organizational skills Must be

able to work a flexible schedule, including availability on evenings,

weekends, and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, Outlook) Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong

work ethic Passion for sports marketing and a drive to grow within the

industry Ability to write and edit copy as needed. High attention to

detail, good follow-through, and organization of work materials.

Experience with Trello is preferred. Must be able to operate a computer

and standard office equipment such as calculator, copy machine,

laminator, etc. Other Expectations: Ability to give, receive and analyze

information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and

articulate goals and action plans. Requires public contact and excellent

interpersonal skills. Must have a good understanding of and ability to

effectively communicate with people. Must be mentally adaptable and

flexible in dealing with daily workload and a variety of people.

Frequent mobility and/or sitting or standing required for extended

periods of time. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity

sufficient to operate a computer and standard office equipment. Requires

hearing within normal range and eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read

communications, reports, and computer terminals. Normal office

environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature,
