The Workday HRIS Analyst will focus on the support and maintenance of the HRIS Workday system as well as any other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system configuration.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
Experience: 4+ years Workday HRIS experience required.
Workday Integration Experience Preferred.
Travel: 0-10%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
Location: This is a hybrid role. We are ideally seeking candidates who are local to Menasha, WI and have the ability to come into the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead minor upgrade and enhancement projects for Talent Systems, or specific components of larger initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expert(SME) for specific SKUs within the system.
- Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders of SME areas to provide configuration support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
- Resolves front-line support questions and complex issues raised by the business.
- Creates and maintains Talent Systems documentation and job aids as is needed.
- Provides training support on Talent Systems business processes to end users.
- Leverages Workday Community for researching system capabilities.
- Works collaboratively within the Talent Systems team and with stakeholders in providing analysis to drive and support decision-making in business operations.
- Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes.
- Maintains technical and industry knowledge through participation in WSP and Workday Trainings.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
