Description

Responsible for assessing, coordinating, developing and evaluating Phase I and II exercise programs for Outpatient Cardiac Rehab Patients. Assists with patients in identification and modification of coronary risks factors and provides ongoing support and self-management education for patients and families.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Exercise Science.
  • Coursework/Training Cardiac medications, basic arrhythmia recognition, and lifestyle management education.
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 1 year Cardiac Rehab Exercise Program experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Exercise Science.
