General Summary
Under general supervision, performs duties requiring expert ability in one of the following structural, finishing or mechanical building crafts: heating, or building operations. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

USD $51,955.00 - USD $67,613.00 /Yr.

Required Minimum Qualifications
At the time of application, applicants must:
- Be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development Test.
- Have a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.
- Pass the complete examination, including the employment medical, established for this class.
- Successfully complete the six month probationary period.
- Have had at least four (4) years of full-time work experience in a position involving the use of skills related to building operations.
Must maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's or chauffeur's license.
Pay Range
USD $51,955.00 - USD $67,613.00 /Yr.
