Description

The Lab Aide I is responsible for completing and maintaining competency in phlebotomy, specimen processing, and basic client service tasks. As a phlebotomist, the expectation is to obtain blood samples from patients in a timely manner while following proper collection policy. Completion of phlebotomy competency will be required after 3 months of starting in this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Upon hire: Phlebotomy certificate
  • Less than one year experience as a phlebotomist and/or completion of a Phlebotomy program.
