Job Description: As a Junior-Level Full-Stack Developer you will be responsible for the implementation of client sponsored projects and operational support and client implementations. This involves the development, configuration, and testing of web-based pages, microsites, sign-up forms, surveys, and other web tactics in an operational capacity. You will leverage your skills in common technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript from within our internally developed platform and industry standard solutions like WordPress. In addition to web development, you will support our Element tech stack, including our data analytics and reporting portal, reusable module or solution development, application administration, SDLC processes, and full-stack development using modern client-side frameworks and/or ASP.Net platforms

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development, client services, design, and leadership teams to understand and execute project requirements.
- Develop visually appealing data collection forms per design and data collection specifications.
- Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and security of web applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and perform data and system analysis as required.
- Become a subject matter expert on the core applications and processes that compose the Element platform.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Implement and support content gating using our proprietary and third-party platforms.
- Provide operational support for internal and external web applications for timely resolution of issues and tasks.
Candidates with a variety of experience will be considered, provided you are interested and eager to learn new skills and evolve on the job.
Eligible Candidates Will
- Have 1-2+ years of demonstrable experience developing in standard web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- A recent college graduate with demonstrable experience in C#, HTML, CSS and a strong willingness to learn on the job
- Have exposure to Microsoft C# and/or ASP.Net platform.
- Have experience in understanding, accessing, and querying relational database structures in platforms such as Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with SQL syntax and databases.
- Applied examples of solving tough problems in creative ways.
- A highly focused attention to detail.
- Exposure to the WordPress platform.
- A desire to learn something new every day.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Enjoy critical problem solving.
- Have a good sense of humor and enjoy working with others.
