Summary:

The Formula Implementation Analyst I is a vital team member in the Research & Development department, responsible for analyzing and managing formula data to ensure successful product launches and formula implementations. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis principles and formula documentation processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process optimization. The Analyst I directly supports business-critical initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

• Gather, analyze, and validate formula data for North American and International/Co-Pack laboratories, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Support high-priority formula implementation projects by providing data insights and documentation management, contributing to seamless product launches.
• Maintain and manage centralized formula documentation systems, ensuring data is accessible and up to date for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure formula data aligns with production needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct detailed performance analysis of formula implementation processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all documentation meets quality standards.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, especially in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced spreadsheet tools for data analysis and documentation management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker, capable of identifying process improvements to enhance formula implementation efficiency.
  
  
  

Education and Experience:

• One to two years of experience in data analysis or formula implementation, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology) is required.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments is a plus, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
