Job Description

C2 Labs is seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices, remove blockers, and ensure that our teams deliver high-quality software solutions that align with sprint goals. The Scrum Master will be a servant leader, coaching and guiding the team to continuously improve their processes and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Coach the team on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and blockers that are hindering the team's progress.
• Ensure that sprint deliverables align with sprint goals and the overall product roadmap.
• Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Work with the product owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize sprint work.
• Track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Promote transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Help the team to continuously improve their processes and practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile project management tools.
